This page is for the Canary Islands Chaffinch (Fringilla canariensis). Most are of the subspecies canariensis, but I did manage to get a photograph of subspecies palmae as denoted by the blueish color of the bird and the white patch at the base of the primaries (to separate it from the other blueish subspecies ombriosa.
