This page is for the Java Sparrow (Padda oryzivora). These very cute, endangered (critically endangered on some lists) birds were fairly common on the southeast side of Oahu. Evidentially their numbers were reduced globally due to the exotic pet trade due to their popularity as a caged song bird. We think they sound great free in nature.
