This page is for the Bewick’s Wren (Thyomanes bewickii). My first photographic evidence occurred on December 30, 2021 at the Fort Worth Nature Preserve Greer Island Trailhead, Fort Worth, TX. I was shooting some Eastern Bluebirds and noticed this bird flitting around behind me, greatly interested in some sort of insect. I have a picture of it with the insect, but I didn’t want to show the carnage (actually this was the better picture).
