This page is for the Bell’s Vireo (Vireo bellii). I have heard this bird on numerous occasions but only caught a fleeting glimpse of it is it darted about among the trees, always too quick or too deep in the leaves to get more than a brief look and never enough to get the camera ready. This bird was moving about among four different trees and doing a lot of singing, so I waited and waited for it to present itself. Finally I was rewarded and able to get some nice shots of it.
