This page is for the Black-capped Chickadee (Poecile atricapillus). I kept hearing these birds or see them fly by at mach 2, so I was happy when my first one sat still long enough to get a shot (Chicago 2023). Unfortunately, I did not have enough time to adjust the settings on my camera to get a better exposed second shot. However, I was able to get a good shot almost two years later in northern Minnesota.
