This page is for the Field Sparrow (Spizella pusilla). This picture is from my first Great Backyard Bird Count where we participated at the Acton Nature Center. This photo is also my first photographic evidence of the Field Sparrow and occurred on February 19, 2022.

The following photograph is the only additional representative example of a Field Sparrow that I have taken.
