This page is for the Chipping Sparrow (Spizella passerina). This picture is from my first Great Backyard Bird Count where we participated at the Acton Nature Center. This photo is also my first photographic evidence of the Chipping Sparrow and occurred on February 19, 2022.

The following photograph is currently the only additional representative example of a Chipping Sparrow that I have taken.
