This page is for the Couch’s Kingbird (Tyrannus couchii). I saw this bird on the tree branch as I was about to leave the park. The light was not great, it was overcast, and at about 50-60 yards distant. As a result, I had to adjust the image a bit in post-production to draw out the colors to ensure a positive identification as it is similar to a few other birds.
