This page is for the Ruddy Turnstone (Arenaria interpres). My first photographic evidence occurred on March, 26, 2021 at Goose Island State Park, Rockport, TX. We were about to walk along the long pier and I was looking around. This bird was so well camouflaged that if it had not moved, I probably would have missed it.
