This page is for the Spotted Sandpiper (Actitis macularius). I saw this guy flitting about a pond bobbing its rear-end up and down as it was combing the shore for food. Surprisingly, I was able to get fairly close to get some photos. My first photographic evidence occurred on April 30, 2022.
