This page is for the Vermilion Flycatcher (Mimus polyglottos). My first photographic evidence of the Vermilion Flycatcher was on December 13, 2018 on the campus of Texas A&M International University, Laredo, TX. For many years, I saw this bird only twice, and both times were on my lunch walks around campus. I was finally able to get some better shots including a female (through a tinted bus window, unfortunately).
