This page is for the Steller’s Jay (Cyanocitta stelleri). My first photographic evidence occurred on June 8, 2010 as we were hiking near Narada Falls on Mt. Rainier and we noticed this beautiful bird. We knew it was some sort of Jay, but not being from the area, we didn’t know what kind. This photo has been one of my favorites of all times.
