This page is for the Red-vented Bulbul (Pycnonotus cafer). This is one of the three new-to-me species that I captured in the fleeting daylight from our hotel balcony in Waikiki, Honolulu, HI. Along with the Common Myna (first sighted on day two), the Red-vented Bulbul, Spotted Dove, and Zebra Dove were pretty much everywhere.
