This page is for the Golden-crowned Kinglet (Regulus satrapa). This picture is from the Forth Worth Nature Preserve. I was shooting Ruby-crowned Kinglets and I was excited going through the photos to find out that there was a Golden-crowned Kinglet among them. It seems that they are often found together although I have seen many Ruby-crowned before this guy joined my photographic history. This photo is also my first photographic evidence of the Golden-crowned Kinglet and occurred on February 27, 2022.

The photographs below are representative images of the Golden-crowned Kinglet that I have taken at other locations.
