This page is for the Blue-winged Teal (Spatula discors). This picture is from my first visit to the Fort Worth Nature preserve. We went there on the weekend after my job interview for my current position. We enjoyed our visit so much we decided that day to get an annual pass one we moved to Fort Worth. It is still my favorite place to go bird watching. This photo is also my first photographic evidence of the Blue-winged Teal, and occurred on April 25, 2021 at the Fort Worth Nature Preserve, Fort Worth, TX.
