This page is for the Eurasian Tree Sparrow (Passer montanus). This cute little bird was sitting peacefully on the castle wall and I was fortunate to get the photo. I was not as interested in bird photography at the time so I am very happy that I found this one among my photographs. My first photographic evidence occurred on May 28, 2014 at Hiroshima Castle, Hiroshima, Japan. We were in Japan researching locations to take students on an environmental education study abroad experience. Hiroshima is one place everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime if they are able.
