Raccoon (Procyon lotor). I was driving slowly down the road at the Fort Worth Nature Preserve scanning the trees as I went and noticed something in this hollow part of the tree. It was off the road a bit and there were smaller branches in the way (hence it blurry image). Most of the time his head was not visible, but for this one shot, he stuck his head out and looked around.

As I was getting finished looking for birds for the day, I thought I would drive by the tree where I first saw the Raccoon. He was there, but only his tail was sticking out of the hollowed tree. I turned around at the next parking area, and as I drove back by, I noticed he had turned around as well, so I snapped a few photos of him.
