This page is for the Eastern Towhee (Pipilo erythophthalmus). I have seen this bird infrequently as an adult, although it liked to frequent our bird feeder in the winter months. My first photographic evidence occurred on February 16, 2015 at our home in Murray, KY.
The above photograph is currently the only representative example of an Eastern Towhee that I have taken.
