This page is for the Black-and-white Warbler (Mniotilta varia). One of the nature centers I visit frequently has these birds from time to time as I see others posting photos of them. I think I may have seen one fly by quickly once, but unable to get a photo. Given the time of year and that many of the warblers had already migrated through north Texas, I was surprised to see this bird hanging around in east central Oklahoma. I was even more surprised that it was still long enough to get a couple of decent photographs.
