This page is for the Louisiana Waterthrush (Parkesia motacilla). I first heard of this bird at the park from another birder. The first weekend I could not find it. The next weekend it was still hanging around where he said it would be. It is not the best picture as it was a decent distance away and the light was not great as it was still very early in the day. Still, I am happy I was able to capture a picture of it.
