This page is for the Green-winged Teal (Anas crecca). This species is fairly common in at the nature preserve. The October 23, 2021 photo is my first photographic evidence of this bird. The best photograph I have taken of the Green-winged Teal to date (above) was from October 30, 2021 at the Fort Worth Nature Preserve, Fort Worth, TX. They guys fly very fast and it is very difficult to get a decent photograph of them flying.

The following photographs are the best representative images from different dates and locations than my species representative example.
